Hi! I’m Hillel Levin, the founder of ICO.

I am a recovering CPA, having worked in public accounting for 15 years. I have also done executive recruiting, door-to-door home security alarm sales and sales management.

I spent 5 years as an executive recruiter with Management Recruiters of Chicago. Placing trust offices in banks throughout the US. Developing relationships with trust department managers and sourcing local talent to fill these positions through networking and referrals.

Since making Aliyah in Fall of 2006 I worked for a Not-for-profit organization, connecting Jewish communities worldwide with Israel Solidarity projects. For the past 15 years, I have served as an elder carer, initially part time and then full time, often working 6 overnight shifts per week. Often these assignments have been with recently arrived Olim during the period of their integration into the Israeli System. I have done companionship, personal care, wound care, supervision as well as end of life Palliative care. 

As the founder of MatzaMan, for the past 13 years, I’ve been selling healthful specialty shmura matza throughout Israel and other communities worldwide and continue to do so through my website matzaman.co.il.
